We here at Norterra Family Medicine with Drs. Kristine Sarna and Rebecca Weiss, along with physician assistants Nicole Walker and Mollyann Allen, dedicate ourselves to providing quality care for men, women, and families in Phoenix. Our integrative approach to medicine treats the whole person – not just the symptoms – and we can meet all your primary care needs under one roof.
As you know from personal experience, our healthcare system is becoming extremely complex. From our perspective as experienced physicians, the many changes underway in healthcare will continue to affect our relationship and our ability to provide the highest quality service to you, our patients. After much reflection and soul-searching, we’ve decided that we don’t want to compromise our diligent attention to your individual care.
Therefore, we’re going to devote the next phase of our medical careers to providing services for a smaller group of patients. We’ll work together, in partnership, to further optimize your well-being. An important step in this process will be the development of your personalized wellness plan. We’ll meet and discuss the results of your examination and tests, identify areas on which we need to focus, and craft a wellness plan personalized just for you. We’ll work together to ensure that you are implementing your plan. We’ll continue to bill your insurance company for the delivery of your medical services.

Insurance
We participate with most major insurance carriers, however, some specific policies under that carrier may be under a network that we are not contracted with. The best way to ensure we are an in-network provider is to call the customer service line listed on the back of your insurance card to verify that either Dr. Kristine Sarna or Dr. Rebecca Weiss is listed as an in-network provider for your specific insurance policy. We recommend that all patients verify this very important information before you schedule your appointment to prevent any unexpected amount due for your office visit.
